Whether you have an extensive cellar or are just beginning to master wine, we offers you tasting of the world’s finest wines in a convivial atmosphere with fellow wine lovers and collectors. Many important and influential wine personalities have served as guest speakers at our events.

Course 108A Component Tasting Seminar
"This seminar is designed to show four basic components of wine and how they relate to the balance and harmony of wine. The components, tannin, oak, acid and sugar, are isolated in varying amounts to demonstrate a person's threshold of these tastes. You will learn to recognize these components and the effect they have on wine and your palate. The seminar also illustrates the influence of nature and man during the winegrowing and winemaking process. Location possibly at a Resort & Spa Approx 1 ½ hours
